Grouptaskcontrols.app.n8n.cloud instance frozen and unresponsive

My shared project instance at https://grouptaskcontrols.app.n8n.cloud/XXXXXXXX became completely unresponsive across browsers.
The Workflows page never loads and shows “Page Unresponsive” after several minutes.
Console logs show requestStorageAccess not allowed, and no UI interaction is possible.

This instance is ~5 versions behind the main n8n build.
Any Help
