Help needed with delete account while paid subscription

Sunday morning, I noticed my entire n8n account had disappeared overnight, even though I had paid for the subscription AI Assistant promised to escalate to a human support team member, and yet I haven’t heard from anyone. All my workflows, including live ones are gone I haven’t heard anything from n8n team since Sunday. No refund, no followup, and even it doesn’t let me to login to the empty account

No one has helped me since then. No refund, no followup not from human nor AI. Anyone else faced the same issues?
