404 geralmente significa região errada ou caminho de operação incorreto, e 400 geralmente significa que o nome da operação foi reformatado incorretamente. Uma solução alternativa comum é salvar o operation.name retornado pela chamada de geração Veo e fazer polling do mesmo endpoint regional/projeto/localização com esse ID de operação completo.
