Hey there!

Hamilton here.

I’m new to n8n and I’m a Product Designer. I’m doing the 2-hour training to learn how n8n works but I’m failing my first assignment as the system shows me an error message saying “The service refused connection - maybe it’s offline”. The exercise should be simple, just connecting a form trigger to a send an email action.

Your SMTP credentials likely aren’t configured correctly.

I would trouble shoot that and ensure that connection is working as expected
