“Hi, I’m trying to register for n8n Cloud trial but the Terms and Conditions checkbox is missing from the form. The error ‘Please check the checkbox’ appears but no checkbox exists in the DOM. I’ve tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox), incognito mode, iPad, and iPhone. Same issue everywhere. My account name was ‘adrr1184’. Could you help me complete registration manually? Thanks.”

Can you try to turn off any ad blocker?

@kjooleng if it’s incognito, I doubt it would be an adblocker, unless he has it enabled in incog

@Adrian_Ramirez can you run option + command + I in your on a mac to open your console and tell us if it errors when you access the webpage?

This sounds less like an ad blocker (you’ve ruled that out via incognito) and more like the checkbox + T&C text being rendered dynamically from a separate request that’s failing, common cause is a region/locale mismatch where the consent copy can’t load for your detected location, so the element just doesn’t render but the form validation still expects it.
