🚀 HIRING: AI & Automation Workflow Builder (n8n Expert) — Long-term Potential

We’re looking for a highly skilled, committed, and fast-moving n8n expert with strong knowledge and a builder’s mindset. This is a freelance position to start (hourly or project-based), but we’re seeking someone who could become a core team member in the coming months as we scale.

Speed and efficiency are non-negotiable. We work fast, and we need someone who can deliver high-quality work in short timeframes without losing focus or momentum.

What you’ll be doing:
-Designing and building advanced automations and workflows using n8n
-Integrating external tools, APIs, and third-party services
-Collaborating closely with our team
-Proposing smarter, faster solutions powered by AI tools and API integrations
-Continuously improving systems and experimenting with new tools and architectures

What we’re looking for:
-Deep experience with n8n (self-hosted setups, production-level workflows, error handling, etc.)
-Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, API keys, etc.)
-Experience integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Langchain, vector DBs, etc.)
-Clean, modular approach to workflow design
-Proactive, fast, and reliable, we love people who solve problems before we ask
-Excellent communication, with availability for async work and occasional live syncs
-Passion for automation, growth, and working with early-stage teams

Bonus points if you:
-Know how to document and hand off workflows cleanly
-Have built or contributed to internal tooling or early product MVPs
-Are eager to grow with a project long-term

This is the perfect role for someone who’s ready to be the technical right hand in a fast-moving, automation-first operation. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, build creatively, and see your work directly impact businesses from day one.
