N8N & Agentic Systems Developer

Join ZON’s elite AI team as an AI Automation Developer, working alongside top-tier researchers and engineers to build new types of cutting-edge automation solutions. We’re seeking a creative, self-motivated agent developer able to leverage the latest technologies and adapt to emerging paradigms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement complex N8N workflows for AI-driven business automation

  • Develop agentic AI systems and integrate LLM capabilities into automation pipelines

  • Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to deploy production-ready solutions

  • Optimize prompt engineering for maximum AI performance across workflows

  • Integrate the latest Agentic AI tools including MCP, A2A, RAG and prompt optimization

Required Qualifications:

  • 9+ months hands-on N8N development experience with complex workflow implementations

  • Demonstrated LLM prompt engineering expertise

  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to emerging AI technologies

  • Experience building API integrations and handling data ingestion and transformations

  • Experience with RAG engineering is beneficial but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Several months of agentic AI development experience

  • Familiarity with AI orchestration and multi-agent systems

  • Background in automation-first development approaches

  • Experience with open-source AI frameworks
