I’m the founder of a California law firm serving Chinese-speaking clients entirely through WeChat/WeCom, and I’m looking for an n8n specialist to build or refine our existing automations into a truly agentic case-management solution. You’ll work with the WeCom API (and ideally have mini-program development experience) to capture client intake, document uploads, and milestone alerts, while orchestrating bi-directional syncs between Clio matters and Monday.com tasks. On top of that, you’ll integrate OpenAI or similar LLMs to automate drafting of demand letters, summarizing repair orders, and sending follow-up messages, all with robust error handling, logging, and retry logic.
