How can I get in touch with support?

I have been submitting tickets for the last week, not one human being has gotten back to me about my urgent requests. How the do I get in touch with a human and support here? All my workflows are down due to a rogue webhook, 3 businesses affected, and a company I used to have a lot of faith in recommending now gaslighting…..

@tohavetohelp You can reach n8n support directly via email:

  • For Cloud plan / billing / account issues: write to [email protected] and include your workspace URL and a clear description of the problem.

  • Where to get help | n8n Docs

  • For Enterprise plans: you can also use the same address for technical issues covered by your SLA.

Make sure to add your workspace URL, affected workflow names/IDs, and any error messages so they can prioritize and act faster.

I have done this 3 times over the past week - I am only getting bot responses and the promise to send my message to a human and still no response from anyone at n8n….
