I’m trying to set up a workflow that gets the comments from a Zendesk ticket (so basically the whole interaction between the agent and customer) and then uses an AI model to classify the ticket. However, when getting the ticket data I can get all the ticket fields, but can’t find the “comment” field. Am I missing something?
Ensure to copy your n8n workflow and paste it in the code block, that is in between the pairs of triple backticks, which also could be achieved by clicking </> (preformatted text) in the editor and pasting in your workflow.

Make sure that you have removed any sensitive information from your workflow and include dummy or pinned data with it!
To get the comments of the ticket you need to query a different API endpoint. It looks like this has not been implemented in Zendesk node yet. However, you still should be able to get the comments with generic HTTP Request node.
