How do I send a lead to Hubspot with a note?

I need N8N to send a lead to hubspot with a note exactly as shown in the screenshot below. it’s possible?

Possible? Yes. Anything you can do in the HubSpot API can be done using n8n.

If it’s not in the built-in Hubspot mode, then you can do it using a custom API request in the http node.
