How do we reset 2fa for a user from an admin account?

Describe the problem/error/question

My n8n (self-hosted) is not letting me sign in with one of my user accounts (not admin). I have the password for it. But upon signing in I get prompted to provide a 2fa code, which I’ve setup with the 1password platform. However, this doesn’t get accepted, and I get the error “This code is invalid, try again or enter a recovery code”.

So I tried to use the admin account to reset the user, but it can only send a password reset link.

How can I disable 2fa for a member from the admin account?

What is the error message (if any)?

“This code is invalid, try again or enter a recovery code”
