Step 1. Go to your Vapi assistant
Step 2. scroll to “Predefined Functions”
Step 3. enable “Forwarding Phone Number”
Step 4. paste the phone number you want calls transferred to.​​

Then update your system prompt to tell the agent when to transfer.
