How to make backups of my flows and store in some file or repository?

I need to store all my streams in case my computer stops working.

Best to use the search function and search for “backup”. There are already quite a few topics which answer this and give great advice.

I know this might sound like a simple question. Do I need to provide Authorization to access the workflows on my own server?
