How to return a response to an MCP Client?

I am trying to return the response from a workflow containing an AI Agent (task manager) back to the calling AI Agent (organizer) using an MCP Server in n8n. I am unsure which node or configuration is needed so that the response flows correctly from the task manager workflow to the organizer workflow. The workflow I’m showing you has all the files together but I have each part separately. Thank you in advance!
