How to set the path of converted cvs file then upload to slack?

I converted some JSON into a CSV, and trying to send it to Slack Channel. However I cannot do it. It says

Check that the parameter where you specified the input binary field name is correct and that it matches a field in the binary input

What do I miss here? Thanks
