Https node with hedra

hey,
i have been trying to use the HTTPS node with the GET function to receive the video i have made with hedra so i can automate an upload to tiktok.

but each time i get error code 403.
i talked both with hedra customer service as well as tried with GPT but nothing has worked.
anyone have any ide how to fix this?

i have tried both the custome autherization as well as every single x-api-key lowercase and uppercase possible
as well as the autherization header with the bearer “api key”

if anyone has any insights please do share
