Hi,

is your serivce reachable from the internet or is it on localhost?
That’s a common issue. It needs to be publicly available.

Then it’s quite easy, it must be accessible from the WhatsApp servers, to send you the request, so you need to add a domain and security. No other choice I’m aware of, sorry.
