522 is a cloudflare timeout which usually means your n8n instance isn’t responding at all. if youre self-hosting, check if the container/process is actually running and if there are any errors in the logs. if its n8n cloud, try https://status.n8n.io/ to see if theres an outage, otherwise email support@n8n.io since they need to check the backend.

what does your setup look like - self-hosted or cloud?
