What Nodey does today:

  • Real-time execution monitoring — runs across all your workflows, filter by status
  • Instant alerts the moment an execution errors, so you’re not babysitting the editor
  • AI workflow builder → use any prompt to build a workflow and export directly to n8n
  • AI-powered error diagnosis — point it at a failed run and it explains what went
    wrong and suggests a fix in plain English
  • Multi-instance support — switch between self-hosted and cloud
  • Toggle workflows on/off and retry failed executions from your phone
  • NFC + location/geofence triggers — tap a tag or arrive somewhere to fire a
    webhook (tap a desk tag → start-work workflow; arrive at office → morning routine)
  • A workflow vault → lets you store your n8n workflows and restore them to any n8n instance

It’s freemium — core monitoring is free, with a Pro tier for the heavier features. You get a 7-day free trial, but if you don’t want to subscribe but still want to use the features… you’re more than welcome to! Just BYOKs and you can use Mistral, Claude, or Gemini as your LLM.

What I’d genuinely love to know:

  • Does this solve a real problem for how you run n8n, or am I missing the point?
  • What would make it a daily-use tool for you?
  • Any must-have feature I haven’t mentioned?

Welcome @TheFamousHesham!

The AI-powered error diagnosis feature is the one I’d use most - when a workflow fails in production, the hardest part is often reading through the execution log to understand what actually broke and why. Having that explained in plain English on your phone is genuinely useful. One feature request: a way to mute alert notifications for a specific workflow temporarily (e.g. “snooze for 1 hour”) would help a lot when you’re actively debugging and don’t want to be flooded during test runs.

Thank you for the feedback @nguyenthieutoan — really appeciate it. And yes, we’ll definitely add notification muting to the features we’ll develop in the next version (probably coming July 2026).

I think my favourite feature is the AI Workflow Builder for no other reason than the fact that you can export the workflows directly to your n8n instance. You should also check out the Workflow Vault—it lets you store your workflows like you would passwords in a password manager… and allows you to restore these saved workflows to other n8n instances. Useful as a backup or if you’re working with multiple clients or on multiple personal projects. Thanks again! Really appreciate it.
