n8n Cloud checkout runs through Paddle, and a purchase failing there is usually the card being declined over a region or currency restriction rather than a problem with your account. Try a different payment method, PayPal or another card, and check with your bank that the charge isn’t being blocked at their end.
If the contact button in that popup does nothing when you click it, email help@n8n.io instead, that address handles Cloud billing. Include your workspace URL, the email address on the account, and a screenshot of the error you get at payment.

I had something similar happen before. If the purchase page and the Contact button both aren’t working, it could be a temporary issue on their side rather than your account.
I’d try a few basic things first:
- Open the page in an incognito/private window.
- Try a different browser or device.
- Disable any ad blockers or VPN if you’re using one.
- Check if your payment method allows international or online transactions.
If the Contact button still doesn’t work after that, take a screenshot of the error and post it here. It will make it much easier for the n8n team to figure out what’s going wrong.
