I can't activate my license

Hello, i just started using n8n. During onboarding process, i clicked Activate free forever license, i waited for the email, clicked “activate the license” but when it opened the usage-plan window, I had this error. i kept trying as many times as possible but nothing changed.

can anyone help?

Your activation licence is added successfully. for cross check create basic workflow and verify it.
