Have you checked your progress? You should have got an email when you registered with a link to check your progress, if you follow it and input your ID it should tell you what’s missing.

Thanks. The same thing happened for me on course 2. Taking the course quiz again solved it, try taking it again and see if it works!

Make sure the forum username is correct on the quiz answer.
