I need to kwno if exists one aplication that permit send free messages, i see twilio, msg91, sms77 but aren’t free.

Sadly not aware of any. Considering that sending an SMS is not free and the companies also have to pay for it, I am not sure if any exists (at least not long-term, most offer a starting bonus).
