Hello, I have a difficult problem to solve and would like everyone’s advice. Currently my company is a transportation company in a small area, customers mostly come from social networks and do not have applications so we have to call and find it on google maps to know the distance and multiply it by price and then notify staff in each district to pick up and deliver on google docs. Do you have a workflow to share or make it more automated?

Can’t you create a workflow, where customers
fill a form that includes the origin and destination,
Query Google maps API for distance.
