I have completed the quiz and the getting data from the warehouse part. And even though i Have run the workflow I didnt get the badge.

Hi @gtarasidis, can you show us the output of your Discord node? Basically, what exactly have you sent as a message? Notifying the team only causes trouble when the message sent is not in the correct format. Or maybe this can be a native issue which has is happening from a couple of weeks with the n8n text courses, so your progress does not gets synced with your unique_id.
It can also happen if wrong webhook was used
