My wife kept complaining there’s so much email from my kid’s school. After school activities, lunch order, show and tell…you name it.

So I used n8n to create a workflow that reads all the school emails and send me the IMPORTANT ones to my messaging app. What a life saver! I also used a free LLM so the A.I. is free.

I made an n8n template you can download. Hope it inspires some of you too

genius!! only wish I had n8n and automations around when my kids were in elementary and high school to read the 5-10 emails a week. School emails also contain far too much info for the busy parent to digest. haha!!

Yes! I never understood why school emails contains so much info! Parents are busy!
