I love n8n, and I can write a long list of things that make it an awesome tool. But I rely on it to deliver outstanding results to my clients. However, when I see myself wasting time and missing deadlines because of server issues, bugs in nodes, really long loading times, it really makes me wonder if I made the right decision and whether I should move onto a different low-code platform.
I get it that I signed up for a pro cloud license and that the only support channel is the community. But not getting an answer back from a mod or real agent via email at all while my client’s business is impacted raises a big red flag!
Please fix your server!
