Hi everyone,
I just registered an account on n8n and I’m supposed to receive an activation key via email, but I haven’t gotten anything yet.
Here are the details:
Email provider: Icloud I already checked spam/junk
I would try to requesting the activation email again but dont know how.
I also waited more than 10 minutes
Self-hosted
Is there a known delay or issue with activation emails right now?
Or is there someone from the team who could manually resend / activate my account?

Hi, I am having the same problem. After several attempts and waiting over 10 hours still haven’t received the license key. I am hoping someone here can help!

Hi, my issue has been resolved by setting up the SMTP server in n8n. Apparently, the emails were not being sent to n8n to request the license key. Hope that helps.

Hi there! There was an issue with Community+ Licenses not being sent out during the weekend. This is now solved and you should receive your activation key within the next couple of hours.
