Image gets analyzed but not what I send to agent

So i am new to n8n, did some tutorials, get the basics. Now I try my first real workflow I want to use.

Goal is I want a telegram bot where I can send images of receipts or only the ingredient list and ai make a text list of it and send it back, for the beginning. Later I want to send it automatically to my bring shopping list. But for now I have a problem with analyzing the image. I can send it to the agent and gets text back with ingredients but they are no where to see on the image, I have no idea where it comes from and why it does not use my image.

Do you test manually or by making your workflow active? If manually, try clearing the chat before testing.
