Hey everyone! I’m building an AI-assisted implementation consulting and workflow toolkit focused on SaaS onboarding, integrations, adoption, and operational diagnostics.
My background is heavily on the implementation and operations side: onboarding workflows, troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, source-to-target validation, escalation management, workflow diagnostics, and customer-facing SaaS delivery.
