Hello n8n Community,
Our company is strongly considering implementing n8n Cloud to leverage its automation capabilities.
As a standard part of our vendor onboarding and compliance process, our legal team requires a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be in place before we can proceed with cloud services that involve any form of data transfer or handling. This is crucial for us to ensure data confidentiality and meet our internal governance standards.
We would be grateful if someone could guide us on the best way to approach n8n to discuss and potentially execute such an NDA specifically for the use of n8n Cloud. We are trying to understand the recommended procedure.
To help us move forward, could you please clarify:
- What is the standard process for customers who require an NDA with n8n for its Cloud service?
- Does n8n have a standard NDA template that can be provided for review?
- Alternatively, is n8n open to reviewing and potentially signing a customer’s proposed NDA?
- Which department or contact point (e.g., sales, legal, or a specific support channel) should we reach out to initiate this discussion?
Any information or direction you can provide on this matter would be highly appreciated, as we are eager to advance with the adoption of n8n Cloud.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
