"Insufficient quota detected" but OpenAi has enough credit and Shows 0 usage

Describe the problem/error/question

I get the error message that there is insufficient quota, but I just topped up my openai api account and there is no limit reached for the organization or the project. when I check the usage it says 0 as if nothing was used at all. when I check the api key, it shows that the new created api key was recently used

shows that … api key was recently used

Which one is it?

Could the usage be when you created the credential and the credential sent a test request to verify the validity of the key?

Where in the UI do you get the error? When creating the credentials or when using it later?

I guess the usage date for the key is from when I tested the credentials. but its only where the api keys are.

In the Usage tab everything is still 0

And I still got credits and no limit is hit

The error happens in the Model node when I execute the workflow. Setting credentials was without error
