I was wondering whether I could use n8n for our backend which has to be HIPPA and SOC 2 Compliant.
Either the cloud or Community Version.

n8n cloud is not SOC2 or HIPPA certified, if you are self hosting the community or enterprise version in your own environment which is certified / compliant it will get you part of the way there but as with most compliance frameworks I would recommend carrying out your own audit.
