Is the Vector Store Tool gone in the latest version?

I was trying to learn about RAG by watching Youtube. I see that many are using the Vector Store Tool with Pinecone with the AI Agent Node. I can’t seem to find the tool. Has it been replaced with something else? What can I use instead? Thanks!
