Is there a detailed Google OAuth/Service Account tutorial?

I’m trying to connect scraps of information how to do simple email readings from GMail and fail time after time. Being literally a second-time user of Google (Fart) Cloud does not help.
My n8n instance is also behind NAT, which AFAIU makes OAuth useless.

I’m not posting any data, as I think my attempts were to chaotic, and despite having similar problems to other people (f.e. failedPrecondition for Service Accounts) the information don’t help by being either not fitting my case or too vague.

If this fails I’m probably going to wipe what’s in the GC and make a local GMail proxy, as it looks far easier.

What exactly are you trying to achieve? i.e. are you trying to set up Google OAuth Credentials for the Gmail node? Can you share any screenshots of where you’re stuck in particular?

What do you think is missing in our documentation?
