Is there available security audit logs/penetration tests and remediation measures, White Hat testing documentation available for n8n?

Describe the problem/error/question

I am currently researching n8n. On a security audit level, I wonder if there are available Security testing logs available for n8n. Mainly, I would be looking for:
• Penetration tests and results
• Remediation items when applicable
• White hat testing validation results
• Any additional security testing logs/results.

In essence, as I will need to conduct some security tests myself to ensure n8n meets standards, it would be great if I can review existing litterature on the subject.
