Issue with setting up Project Viewer Role

Describe the problem/error/question

We are in Pro plan, and when I want to change users role in my project to ‘Project Viewer’, it doesn’t work. It works with other roles, but not this one specifically. Pro plan promised to deliver ‘role’ based access, yet, we have this restriction.

Hi @Sadeght Welcome to the community!
That is not a bug , but a plan problem as pro plan covers Admin and Editor project roles only, and Project Viewer role is only available on Self hosted Enterprise and Cloud Enterprise plans.

Please consider reading this:

also upgrade your plan from pro to enterprise.

Thank you @Anshul_Namdev for the info.
I wish n8n was more clear in their plans description, it’s obviously very unclear when we subscribed to Pro.
