Jira Trigger New Issue Created

I’m trying to use Jira trigger for issue creation. Auth seems good as it starts listening. However after creating the issue (from the specified project) nothing happens. Is there anything else I need to do other than configure this node? I’m an N8N beginner so go easy on me.

I’m running n8n on a Mac with Docker desktop. I’m using Nginx to create an SSL cert and proxy for subdomain.

Can you share your Jira Trigger node and how you’ve configured it? Also, is the workflow set active?

Does your Jira integration work with another Jira node, e.g. can you create issues?

Sorry for responding so late. I tested with creating an issue from n8n and it worked so it’s not a credential issue. I’m wondering if I have to open a port on my local server for it to be triggered? I’ve also tested with an activated workflow and it still did not work.
