jira UNKNOWN ERROR - check the detailed error for more information

Hey team, I’m trying to enter the credentials Jira SW Server account and I’m getting the error " UNKNOWN ERROR - check the detailed error for more information ". Can you please tell me how can I study the details of this error?

if I go to ubuntu and write the telnet dns_name_jira 443 command, then it successfully lets me into the server. jura and n8n are in different subnets, network connectivity is configured between them on port 443. When analyzing the logs from the firewall, no authorization attempts are visible from n8n to jira.

What you could do is try using the HTTP Request node with those credentials to see if it works and check the response but to be honest the first thing I would check is if the Domain has a trailing slash, if it does drop that and see if it works.
