That’s very odd, and you are sure you are copying the full webhook URL? Are you sure you have actually executed the workflow (not activated, but executed) when you tested it with web browser?

The built-in Jotform trigger works on my end as well as jabbson said earlier, just to throw in my two cents: are you sure you configured these correctly?

Also, do other webhooks triggers work in your instance, and is it only Jotform that’s causing issues?
