\nSupport Project team in entire procurement process.\n\n \n
\nBoQ preparation and cost plan for all RIBA stages\n\n \n
\nPerforming all procurement activities including pre-qualification, Tender documentation, preparation of contracts and tender management, negotiating supplier agreements.\n\n \n
\nInvolve in Market Testing and bring best value to the project\n\n \n
\nManage the vendor management platform to ensure compliance information is up to date.\n\n \n
\nTender Evaluation and Recommendation.\n\n \n
\nActively support the supplier onboarding process.\n\n \n
\nIdentify process/system improvements opportunities and participate in their implementation.\n\n \n
\nPerform root cause analysis and identify solutions.\n\n \n
\nSupport Project Managers for project performance feedback based on their service delivery.\n\n \n
\n Requirements\n

\nBachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.\n\n \n
\nCharteredship in any institution is added advantage.\n\n \n
\nExtensive experience in different types of Building sector.\n\n \n
\nBasic knowledge construction project life cycle.\n\n \n
\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint required).\n\n \n
\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus.\n\n \n
\nOutstanding organizational skills.\n\n \n
\nOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\n \n
\nExcellent reading and comprehension skills.\n\n \n
