Lagging issue

I was manually running and editing large workflows with no issue and then suddenly everything starts lagging.
The spinning symbol over a node keeps getting stuck on a node even though i can see in the background its continued to run future nodes ( i can see files appearing in my google drive so I know they are running ahead of where indicated)

Sometimes 2 nodes will have the spinning node at the same time. It finishes running ( I can see the last update on a file in the background) but the workflow is still stuck way back at the beginning. It then never shows it completing on the screen but if i force a stop it says its finished before it could be stopped!

This is the same regardless of which workflow I run, i have just create a very simple small workflow and its the same.

Help! What can I do to get it back to how it was before which was fantastic!?

I have restarted the service several times with no change. Restarted my browser and same again. Tried on different browser type, same again.
Iā€™m on latest version 1.121.3

Yes, same issue here as well. It can be a real pain I was trying to do a large RAG vector store and this kept happening, it is so hard to know if anything executed or to see the data outputted. I have noticed this happening for smaller applications sometimes as well it really is frustrating.
