Level 1 Course Badge not awarded despite passing scores (92% theory, 100% workflow)

Hi everyone,
I completed the Level 1 course and received the following email:
“Hey Mike, Thank you for taking the quiz! You scored 92% in the theory section and 100% in the workflow section. You need to score more than 80% in both the theory and workflow segments of the quiz :eyes: It looks like you still have steps to complete before you earn your badge.”
Both scores clearly exceed the 80% threshold, yet the email states I still have steps to complete. This seems like a bug – the system should have awarded the badge based on these results.
Could someone from the team look into this?

Hi @Mike98 can you please share your unique_id?

Also i think if possible retaking the test, and also validate your test score using your unique_id here:

Also if the score looks less in theory, try retaking that, and even after retaking the test does not update your scores there, then let me know.

I’ve already retaken the test three times, and each time I scored above the required 80% in both sections.

However, when I check my results using the verification link from the docs, it still shows the result from my very first attempt, which seems incorrect.

Because of that, it looks like my newer results are not being updated or recognized by the system, which might be why the badge hasn’t been awarded.

Could you please take a look at this?

Hey @jamiemadden_n8n how are you today? This user is facing the same issue where the test scores do net get updated to the associated unique_id, his unique_id is: 4d3bc01b640833c25c4fce1ea8c07d10
