Level 2 Course Quiz not marked as completed

I’ve already registered for the Level 2 course and followed all the steps:

• I build the main workflow
• I took the quiz from within the course
• I got a score of 13/15

However, the system still shows that I haven’t passed the quiz.
The email only shows the result and says I must complete the milestone, but the other tasks of the milestone already appear to me as complete.

Yes, but i got an email that the system send me after i finished the quiz, so thats my problem, I’ve already taken the quiz 6 times.

There is this recent thread (Level 2 quiz passed, but saying I didn't sign up - #8 by Praveen_Rathnasinghe) where @aya fixed it for them.
