Level 2 - Getting Level 1 completion message instead of level 2

Describe the problem/error/question

I have passed the level 2 exam and I received an email that I should complete one step in my workflow to get my level 2 badge. Then I need to put my unique id to get the badge. I have completed that step but when I put my unique id in the placeholder it says congratulations

This is where most of the people get stuck with, you have to notify the team although this can be temporary but if you have not notified the team in the below stages then you would not receive your level 2 badge, consider going through all the notify the team tasks and then retake the tests i would say:
