License Key Email Not Delivered -Self-Hosted Server-

I’m currently trying to set up the Open Source version of n8n on my own server,
but I’m stuck because I never receive the email containing my community edition
license key.

What I’ve tried so far:

  • Submitted the license key request multiple times
  • Tested with several different email addresses (both personal and business)
  • Checked spam, junk, and promotions folders thoroughly
  • Cleared browser cache and retried the process
  • Waited more than 24 hours for email delivery

Current situation:

  • The UI shows no error message when I request the license key
  • “Your license key is being generated” message appears, but no email ever arrives
  • The n8n instance is running without the license key, but I’d like to unlock
    the additional features

Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might be causing the email
delivery issue? Any help, advice, or insight would be greatly appreciated.
