License request failed with 524 err

How did you solve this? Instructions would be appreciated!

Hey everone! Just a quick note that I’ve passed this on to our engineering team. But since it’s a national holiday in Europe, I’m not sure how quickly we’ll be able to solve this. We’ll post updates here when they become available.

Don’t worry, just use a different license key and paste it in — it should work. Alternatively, try typing any characters and activate it.

Update: this issue has been resolved :sweat_smile: A workflow was stuck - you should be able to request again and receive the email now (you may also get en email from the original request come through too where any of the executions are recovered).

Really sorry for the continued disruption on this everyone. We’re still actively investigating and working on a fix for this issue. We’re seeing a number of requests go through successfully now but aware lots of you are still hitting a 524 error as per the above. Will certainly update again as soon as we have more information.

Update: We think we have now fixed the underlying issue. There were a number of requests backed up which have now been cleared so it should be possible to request a license again successfully now. We’ll continue to monitor this over the next few hours but please shout if you’re still seeing any issues at all.
