Timeout when requesting free licence key

n8n is working, but if I try to Settings > Usage and plan > Unlock, I get this error after some waiting:

License request failed

Request failed with status code 524

Information on your n8n setup

  • n8n version: 1.95.3
  • Database (default: SQLite): Default
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): Docker
  • Operating system: Rasperry Pi OS
  • Proxy: Cloudflare

@ElliNet13 You should get email soon, server recieved request, but failed to respond in time. It has registered and should process soon and come in email.

Every time I click the button it times out like that, why is it doing this?

You’re probably get loads of licenses soon, it a Cloudflare error message and it basically saying we got ure request, but we didn’t reply in time, so we close connection, no error per say, probably the license server is catching up with loads of requests. @ElliNet13

Should I just wait until tomorrow and see if its sent?

I don’t think anyone will reply atm until Monday maybe, you should get in inbox soon though :slight_smile:

You can still use it btw, you get extra features with license, just apply it later :slight_smile:
