LinkedIn node fails with “Requested version 20240401 is not active” when creating a post via their API

I’m trying to publish a post to LinkedIn using the built-in LinkedIn node (tested with both options Create a post with or without media but I consistently receive an error from LinkedIn indicating that the requested API version (20240401) is no longer active.

There’s currently no option in the node UI to specify or override the API version being used.

I believe you should add the options to change the AI version used or update from your end the API version the LinkedIn started using. Thank you!

What version of n8n are you using? Have you tried:

  1. upgrading your n8n version to the latest.
  2. opening your workflow and add a new LinkedIn node to you work flow and use it in place of the one you currently have.
  3. retest your workflow and see if it solves the API issue?
